Spaztique's Illustrated Guide To The Rough Times

Description

A lot of people in the Station Wagon have been going through so rough times, so rather than make a bunch of "get well" comics, here's a catch-all guide starring everyone's favorite embodiments of good and evil, average flightless bird youkai Chouko Sora and gappy stu Jack Diehard.

Additional concepts that may help:
-YOUR EMOTIONS ARE WARNING SIGNALS: Depression is often associated with loss, anxiety with helplessness, jealousy for emptiness, and so on. So, remedy those feelings by replacing what was lost, gain control of your life, or find a way to fill that hole.
-FOCUSING ON SOLUTIONS: If you constantly focus on problems and how much everything sucks, your brain will filter out all of the possible solutions and wallow in depression. If you question how you can improve things and look for ways to make life better, your brain will find those as well.
-STATES: Being in a bad state can block you from finding solutions, but you can synthesize good feelings by focusing on what is or could make you happy, what you're looking forward to, or something that genuinely cheers you up. Once you've got yourself focused on positive things, you can start looking for solutions.
-REFRAMING: No two people will interpret the same event in the same way, so why not adopt another view on something? For example, if you have a life full of problems, then life sucks, but if you have a life full of challenges, it becomes a game to see what obstacles you can overcome next.
