The Meta-Story: This was before Diamond In The Rough was complete, so people still thought of Tenshi as a Complete Monster.
The Story Story: Tenshi was very angry about the production of DitR, so she made storms attack Spaztique's house so he couldn't work on it. Spaztique marched his way up to Heaven to confront her, but Tenshi said, "Hey, let's call a truce. In fact, let's go 'mattress wrestling'." So, Spaztique got to "pierce the heavens" for a few hours. It turns out Tenshi did it to distract Spaztique with a child. JUST AS PLANNED!!!
